Eoghan Barry is an Investment Analyst and joined RJD in 2017.
He develops primary research to support both new platform investment opportunities and acquisitions for existing portfolio companies. He also provides transactional support and holds a board observer position on Stone.
He previously worked as a Research Associate for Third Bridge where he managed projects for private equity and hedge fund clients.
Eoghan holds a BA in History and Philosophy from The University of Sheffield and an MSc in Finance from Trinity College, Dublin.
Frank is a Partner having joined RJD in 2007. He is also a member of RJD’s Investment Committee.
Frank originates and leads new investments and has strong experience in the consumer, technology (including ecommerce) and financial services outsourcing sectors. He also sits on the board of both Barber and Class Tours.
He previously worked in corporate finance for both Livingstone Partners and Close Brothers where he had a private equity focus.
He is a chartered accountant having qualified with KPMG.
Richard is a Founding Partner of RJD Partners and a member of the Investment Committee.
He leads new investments and has strong experience in the consumer, education and training and white collar outsourcing sectors. He has led a number of successful investments at RJD including Teaching Personnel, Ipes and Academy Music Group.
Richard also works closely with existing portfolio companies and is currently a director of Class Tours, Babington Group and Chemigraphic.
He has worked with growing businesses in private equity for over 20 years having previously worked at Legal and General Ventures; and Royal Bank Private Equity.
Richard is a chartered accountant and holds an MA in Engineering Science from Oxford University.
Eve is an Investment Analyst and joined RJD in 2010.

Eve holds an MBA from Babson College.
John is a Founding Partner of RJD Partners and a member of the Investment Committee.
He focuses on the RJD portfolio and is a board director of Stone and Harrington Brooks. He has led a number of RJD’s successful exits including Cardsave and Character World.
John is a chartered accountant and has over 30 years of private equity experience, previously working for the North West Regional Fund, Lloyds Development Capital and Royal Bank Private Equity.
Emily is an Investment Manager and joined RJD in 2015.
She manages new investments and direct origination projects as well as supporting the portfolio, Emily managed the platform acquisition of Barber of Sheffield and is an observer on its board. She works across all of RJD’s Services and Consumer areas of focus.
She previously worked with KPMG in both the Transformation and Financial Due Diligence teams.
Emily holds a BA (Hons) from The University of Nottingham and is a Chartered Accountant.
David is a Founding Partner and Chairman of RJD Partners and chairman of the Investment Committee. David is also responsible for investor relations.
He was previously at Arthur Young McClelland Moores (now Ernst & Young), where he qualified as a chartered accountant, and Murray Johnstone.
David is a director of J&J Denholm Limited, deputy chairman of John Laing Infrastructure Fund Limited and a Trustee of Glasgow’s Burrell Collection.
David holds an MA from the University of Edinburgh.
Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Sophie joined RJD in 2016 and is the Office Manager and also EA to the team.
She previously worked at SilverDoor where she worked as the PA to the Managing Director.
Leo is the Finance Director at RJD Partners and is responsible for finance, operations, compliance, investors relations and human resources.
Prior to RJD Partners, Leo was a director and portfolio manager at Actis Capital, an Emerging Markets Private Equity Fund. Between 2006 and 2013 Leo was a director at Citi Venture Capital International (CVCI), the private equity arm of Citibank. Before Citibank, Leo worked for 7 years at PwC and KPMG.
Leo is also an advisor to Africa Platform Capital, an investment platform focused on private equity investments in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Leo is a qualified accountant and holds a Master’s in Finance from Torcuato di Tella University and a Master’s in Business Administration from London Business School.
