Survey Solutions

RJD invested in the management buyout of Survey Solutions, a leading provider of land and measured building surveys to clients across the UK, in June 2019.

We were first introduced to James Cooper (founder and CEO) by the vendors’ advisers, who were running a limited auction process and with whom we had worked successfully in the past. We were attracted to the business due to its strong historic growth, diversified customer base and leading reputation in the marketplace.

RJD is committed to backing and investing alongside incumbent management teams and we will work closely with Cooper and his senior directors, all of whom are shareholders, to execute their business plan. This team has worked together for a number of years and has a strong track record, having overseen and delivered the company’s growth to date.

The business has grown organically and via acquisition to become a service provider capable of working with clients nationally. Under RJD’s ownership, we will continue to support growth via further geographic expansion, acquisition led growth and an increased service offering.
