RJD announces Fund III
RJD Partners, the UK lower mid-market private equity investor, has completed a first closing of its third Fund, RJD Private Equity Fund III LP. The target size of the Fund is £150 million and, following the successful first closing, a final closing is expected over the next twelve months.
RJD completes sale of ISG
RJD Partners (“RJD”) is pleased to announce that the sale of its investment in portfolio company ISG Technology (“ISG”) has completed via a secondary buyout, valuing the Company at £10.5m. The sale of ISG represents the final realisation from RJD’s first fund, RL Private Equity Fund I.
