At RJD, we specialise in investing in the UK lower mid-market, in the range of sectors described here.

We look for transactions valued between £10 million and £75 million, typically investing between £5 million and £25 million of equity in each individual deal. Our average first round investment is £10.6 million.

In general we seek a majority position, but this does not preclude us from making minority investments when the opportunity is right.

That means we can work with you successfully and productively from the first stage of analysis, through to completing the investment and ultimately, the sale. In many cases we look to support the making of strategic and bolt-on acquisitions.
