At RJD, we are very proud of our record of making successful investments in British IT and software services firms, helping them through the next stage of their development.
Our primary interest is in service providers that take either a unique or best-of-breed approach to servicing corporate customers; and the firms we work with typically have only a limited exposure to technology risk (see our case studies to find out more about them.)
We always seek a number of valuable qualities in the IT services firms we elect to work with. You need to be cash-generative with a strong track record of earnings growth. We also look for recurring revenues to provide a significant proportion of earnings as well as strong barriers-to-entry that limit competition in your chosen sector.
