At RJD, one of the most important objectives we have is to provide managers with an outstanding opportunity to create value for themselves.

This attitude is fundamental to how we do business – quite simply, aligned interests mean that if we make money you make money (and vice versa).

So we’re always on the look out for exceptional managers whom we can back in the sectors we invest in. This may be where a manager believes he has the opportunity to buyout his own business, or a situation where a manager wants to work with us to identify buy-in opportunities, See Verdant Leisure for an example of where we did this recently.
