A founding member, fellow and director of the Institute for Turnaround, Paul has worked as an independent turnaround professional and company adviser for over nine years and has extensive experience with private equity backed businesses.

Paul previously worked for Postern Executive Group and as a finance director of several private and quoted businesses prior to this.
