Mark is non-executive chairman of RJD portfolio companies Stone Group and Chemigraphic.

Formerly chairman, and prior to that chief executive, of another RJD backed business, Teaching Personnel, a leading provider of supply teachers, teaching assistants and nursery nurses to schools throughout England and Wales.

Mark has significant experience of management, in both an operational and non-executive capacity, of venture capital financed companies gained over the past ten years including a number of businesses with exposure to the public sector.

A qualified chartered accountant, Mark has fifteen years of experience in the banking and the fund management sectors.
