Funds for accelerating business growth and development

We’ve raised over £250 million in private equity funds over the last ten years. We’re trusted by a broad range of blue-chip investors to manage these funds on their behalf.

With our focus on entrepreneurial and family-run firms, this makes us a strong and independent player in the UK lower mid-market.

Our investors include pension funds, insurance companies and funds of funds – many with significant experience of working with private equity.

Our funds

To date, we’ve raised two funds:

RL Private Equity Fund I: final closing in April 2004 with total commitments over £75 million. It has been fully invested, with six of its eight investments now fully realised.
RJD Private Equity Fund II: final closing in July 2007 with total commitments of £180 million. We have made ten investments through this fund to date, three of which have already been realised.
