RJD is committed to actively promoting awareness and consideration of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) matters within its portfolio companies. We believe this not only minimises our investment risks but also helps to realise opportunities which deliver business benefits.

As a responsible investor we subject all new portfolio companies to an ESG assessment post investment. The framework we apply to these assessments outlines the expectations we have of our portfolio companies. Supported by an implementation plan, the assessments are repeated on a biennial basis.
